Custom and personalized orders

We LOVE custom orders and personalization is our thing. If you don't see what you want - send a convo, we can probably make it happen.

When will my order ship?

We make all products to order (kinda like burger king!) therefore we ask for your patience. We try to get your order out in 3 days but it could take 5-8 depending on timing and intricacy of product.

How long will it take to get my order?

After we make your order we get it out asap! we hope you are as excited to get it as we are to make it for you. That said we use USPS as often as possible, to keep our costs down. You should get tracking info as soon as it is in the system, and you can follow your wonderful package on its journey to you.

How do I add customization to my order?

If you are not prompted to add customization when you are checking out, or want something special... add a note, send me an email or text me, I will make sure you get what you want- if it is in my window of possibilites.
