This is a handmade item with bright and vibrant colored ribbons. It can be monogrammed and personalized with initials or full name.

Please message me for what you would like on your tag either monogram: first, last, middle, or full name. Also let me know what color you would like for the 3 monograms.

** I have attached in the picture what your circle monogram will look like, please review and make sure you like it. Please note the letter first letter "D" is backwards to complete the circle.

Colors and ribbons can vary slightly. Monogram is on a acrylic circle 3.5" in diameter and the monogram is printed in permanent vinyl.

Please note: No two tassels are the same, the reason behind this is simple. You will be the only one that has it, no one else. If no monogram color is selected, it is defaulted to the pearl white as shown in the picture.

This tassel/ tag can hang on your Bogg bag or Simply Southern bag, purses, backpacks, beach bags or on your rear view mirror in your car.

Items Showing Delivered but not received:

If your package shows delivered but you didn't receive it- you will need to contact your postal service with the tracking info that was provided to you at the time it shipped. If it is deemed lost- you will need to file a claim with the post office. Unfortunately, once we ship an item- it is out of our hands and there isn't anything we can do for you. USPS delivery vehicles use GPS that can automatically update a package as “delivered” prematurely. Please wait a few business days after this to see if the package is in fact delivered late.

Contact your local USPS post office and not the USPS hotline. Your local post office will be able to provide quicker and better service. Ask who delivered the package and ask for the details of that day’s delivery. USPS are used to these questions and will generally provide helpful information.

Defective Items/Order Accuracy:

As a buyer it is your responsibility to check orders for accuracy/defects upon receipt. Any problems need to be reported within 48 hours of receipt of item (goes by date it shows delivered)- NO EXCEPTIONS. Seller is not responsible for any problems not reported within 48 hours of receipt.

Any problems with an order need to be reported within 48 hours of receipt of item. Any problems not reported within this 48 hours will be the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for an items you notice a problem with any time after the 48 hours.

If you send the items back to us you are responsible for the shipping cost. As our return policy states- we do NOT accept returns/exchanges/refunds either.

All sales are FINAL since these items are personalized!

Any defective item (that was reported within 48 hours of receipt) will need to be returned- unworn, unwashed and free of smell. If an item is reported as defective within the 48 hours- it will need to be returned to us unwashed, unworn and free of any smell. If an item is deemed to have been washed, worn or has smell when we get it back- we will NOT replace the defective item and will not pay for any shipping. There will be no refunds/exchanges on it. If you want it back again- you will need to pay the shipping to send it back out to you.

If an item is deemed defective, reported within the 48 hours and is returned unwashed, not worn and free of odor- it will be replaced with exact item. There will NOT be any changes allowed to replacement item- no color or size changes.

Shortage: In the rare event it is deemed that there is a shortage on your order. The seller reserves the right to refund instead of sending a replacement. The cost for shipping may be to high in comparison to the missing item.
