You have exactly one hour to request to cancel your order for a full refund. No exceptions for the one hour window.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We do not offer any gift wrapping or gift packaging options.

Due to different lighting settings, colors in person may look different from how they look in pictures. Usually our colors appear more vibrant than in the photos! Please don't give a bad review based on how a different color was expected.

We do our best to ship out every order as soon as possible. Orders are sometimes shipped out sooner than the expected ship date. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping or any lost packages. These issues are out of our control. We will provide you with a tracking number once your order is shipped. If you are experiencing a long delay in shipping, please contact the post office with your tracking number. Due to COVID-19, there have been so many delays in shipping.
