How quickly will my order be processed?

Aside from weekends and public holidays, we usually pick and pack items within 3-4 business days of your order. We ship worldwide from London and all items are tracked so delivery progress can be monitored.

How long does shipping take?

We use Royal Mail for all our shipping from our London HQ. Shipping to addresses within the UK is normally up to 3 business days, but often quicker. Shipping to addresses outside the UK is anything up to 15 business days. Note that these are guidelines set by Royal Mail - not us.

Do you sell gemstones in other materials, shapes, sizes, and quantities?

Yes - we stock over 150 different precious and semi-precious gemstones on-site in a variety of materials, shapes, sizes and quantities - considerably more than what you can see in our Etsy store! Please just let us know what you're after and we will endeavour to assist.

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes - we are a wholesale supplier and therefore sell in larger quantities to the trade. If you have specific enquiries about larger volumes, please get in touch with us by sending a direct message.

Do you have a refund policy?

We strive for excellence and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 business days of receipt of your item(s), and we will be happy to offer a refund. Note that we do not refund the shipping costs for returned items - we will only refund the cost of the item(s) itself.

Do you offer Custom or Rush Shipping?

Yes, we are able to offer Express Shipping to most parts of the world using FedEx if Royal Mail is not deemed suitable. If you would prefer FedEx Express Shipping, please just contact us directly and we will be happy to supply you with a quote based on the delivery address.

Are your gemstones natural or synthetic?

Unless explicitly stated in the respective listing, ALL of our gemstones are naturally-mined gemstones. The only gemstones we sell that are not naturally-mined stones are those listings in the section of our store called 'Synthetic Gemstones'.

What does 'Lot Size' mean on your listing?

Apart from larger size stones or one-off single piece stones, we sell our gemstones in 'lots'. A 'lot' is a group or parcel of stones that stones are sold in and varies according to material, shape and size. The 'lot size' refers to the number of stones in that parcel, so if you select a lot size of 10, that means you'll receive 10 stones. It's common for us to sell stones in lot sizes of 5, 10, 20, 50 or even 100 pieces

Do you offer certifications with your gemstones?

We do not offer certifications with any of our gemstones. It's not something we have ever done since we started trading back in 1967, and has never been a problem
