Spot clean with mild soap or little bit detergent and vacuum regularly. Do cleaning only the spot or place that is required to clean. Don't was or clean whole rug just for a spot. Keep it in sun light to get it dry before use it again. Do not dry clean. [We DO NOT recommend machine washing ]

Is crease or bump in rug a defect or is it normal ?

It's very normal to have crease and bump in rug due to packaging reasons and you can flatten the rug just following the steps. You have to roll it up tightly overnight and need stretching by legs or hands to set up at the place you want to use it and it will be flat then smoothly.

Can jute rug be used for outdoor purpose ?

Yes you can use jute rug for outdoor purpose but there should not be any water, rain or flow of water. It's for only for dry space. Sun light is fine but water can damage the rug.

Can we use jute runners as a stair runner or stair carpet ?

Yes jute runners are perfect fit to use as a stair runner or stair carpet. We can make as long as you need of this runner according to your stairs size.
