Looking for an end of term gift for the children in your class or maybe a a unique favour for your wedding reception then you've come to the right place. These pencils come individually or in sets of five, ten, or twenty hexagonal HB graphite pencils, hand stamped with gold foil lettering with matching gold ferrule and white eraser with your choice of text. The pencils come in 22 different colours; Dark Red, Red, Orange, Pastel Orange, Yellow, Pastel Yellow, Pastel Green, Green, Dark Green, Teal, Pastel Blue, Blue, Royal Blue, Pastel Purple Purple, Dark Purple, Pink, Pastel Pink, Grey, White, Navy Blue or Black.

+ Please note the same text will appear on all pencils and it will appear in block capitals as per the photos.
Pencils are 7.5" long and supplied UNSHARPENED. Due to the nature of hand stamping occasionally there may be little variations in the foiled in-print due to the nature of the process involved.
+ Random Mix is a mix of the 22 available shades
+ Pastel Mix is a mix of Pastel Pink, Pastel Orange, Pastel Yellow, Pastel Green, Pastel Blue, Pastel Purple & White - please note Pastel Purple is currently sold out so will not be included in the mix.

I'm happy to provide a quotation for bulk orders of personalised notebooks. In order to give an accurate cost please can you include the following details;
Size of notebook required; A5 or A6
Quantity required
What is to go on the notebooks; are they all to have the same design?

For larger orders I require a minimum of 1-2 weeks to make the order, this doesn't include shipping time.

If you do wish to return a non personalised items, i'm happy to refund provided they are returned in perfect (resellable) condition.

If you wish to return something, you must get in touch with me within 14 days of receiving it (this is your right of withdrawal from a distance selling contract under EU laws).

In returning items, you will need to pay for the return postage yourself. I strongly advise that you obtain a certificate of posting (at a minimum) from your Post Office or courier, as if the item is lost in transit *you* will need to be able to claim for compensation.

All refunds will be returned in the same method as payment was given.

Unfortunately accidents sometime happen in transit and items are delivered damaged, missing or with errors. If this does happen please contact me within 7 days of receiving the item with photos. This must include photos of the packaging and condition the item was received.

Once these are received we can work out the best way to proceed, be it a new item being sent out or a refund being issued.
