How long do the flower seeds last?

Typically the flower seeds will be viable for 1-3 years. I will be doing my best to offer you the current years harvest.

Do you do custom orders?

I love to create custom boxes. Please reach out to me if you like what you see but may want to add a little something extra. Please note there is a price increase with custom orders. This is due to the cost of added products and the increased time it takes me to customize your gift.

Can I personalize every gift?

Most gifts offer some type of personalization. All gifts can include a free personalized note card.

How many suet cakes do your kits make?

Typically most kits will make 3 suet cakes. Bird tin kits, that contain smaller molds, will make up to 4.

What is the difference between Perennials and Annuals?

Perennials return every year and have specific growing zones. Annuals go through their life cycle in one season. I offer mostly annuals. They are easy to grow, many re-seed themselves, and they quickly reward you with bursts of color! Many of my products provide seed saver envelopes so you may save the seeds to replant the following year. I do have perennial options. I chose varieties that are easy to grow, since perennials can be a bit fussy to germinate and take a little more work.

Suet is the most concentrated source of energy we can offer birds in the cooler months. Suet will attract a variety of birds including, but not limited to, chickadees, nuthatches, thrushes, creepers, bluejays, bluebirds, and nearly all woodpeckers.

Why is this suet Vegan?

Suet is typically made using beef or pork fat. Though birds are not vegans, I am. This would go against my ethics to create gifts that contain animal products. Instead, the suet is made using coconut oil. The birds don't complain, in fact they go crazy for it at my house!
