You can order my toys with any colours you want. Or I can embroider some personalized words on the toy. Just write me in the messenges.

Crocheted cute toys are easy to care: they can be washed by hand only in warm water. Then just squeeze it by hand and put it on a dry towel.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All toys are packed with craft paper. If you want to order some holiday packing or box please write me.

Wholesale availability

I can make wholesale order. But it's can take much time to make many toys.

If your items didn't arrive within 45 days, contact me and I will log an investigation through Ukrainian Post. If the package is officially recognized lost, 100% refund is guaranteed.

Please ensure that the address is correct prior to placing an order. If any package is never picked up from the postal office, or requires re-shipment due to an incorrect address (or any reason), the buyer is responsible for paying the subsequent reshipment fees.

Can I access my digital purchases from within my account?

Yes! To access your digital file(s), go to Your Account > Purchases and reviews and look for the order. To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order

I purchased a digital item, but I don't have an Etsy account

If you checked out as a guest, you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase.

I can’t seem to find my download notification email

First, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, add transaction@etsy.com to your address book or safe list. For now, you can still get to your file using the directions below.

I’m having trouble downloading my files.

If nothing happens when you click the download links, it’s possible that there’s an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons or toolbars that you’ve installed and try again. If your computer states that the file has been corrupted, delete the file and try downloading it again. If you still can't open the file, please contact me through Etsy Messages for further assistance. If your computer is unable to open the file, it’s possible that you’re missing the program required to open the file type. Please contact me through Etsy Messages to see what program(s) you may need.
