5 out of 5 starsWe ordered the Table on April 12 and it arrived on May 3, so quick delivery. As described by other customers, FedEx is tough on packaging and all 4 edges were damaged. The table is beautiful, my only real complaint is that the drawer is very grainy- it almost looks like Oak. The other thing about the table is that the drawer is on the live-edge side and quite visible. It detracts from the live edge, which on our table is quite light, while the drawer is dark. My husband will have to drill holes to move it to the straight-edge side and will move it back a bit so you won't see it. The only other thing that detracts a bit from the customer service side is that we asked if there was a way to opt not to have too much light and they said they couldn't help us with that (It turned out to be unnecessary- the color is great)

The table arrived with a gouge in the top (not due to damaged shipping container). The seller quickly sent us sandpaper and a wax kit to camouflage the gouge, which it does from a distance, but up close you can still see the dip in the otherwise smooth top.
