What if my order arrives damaged?

No problem! Send a picture of the damaged item and a new one or replacement letter will be sent next business day. The claim for the damage must be made within seven days of the postmarked delivery date.

What if my order is wrong?

If the error is due to our mistake we will happily replace the item! Send a picture of the error and a new one will be on its way the next business day. The claim for the replacement must be made within seven days of the postmarked delivery date.

What if my order is lost in the mail?

Please reach out to us and let us know. We will file a help request with USPS and if they are unable to deliver the package and they deem the item lost we will make a new item and ship it out to you. Please note USPS does not guarantee delivery time frames on shipments, unless Priority Express is purchased. A request must be made within 30 days from the original ship date. Past this time frame no refund will be provided.

My shipping address was wrong. What do I do now?

We get it, mistakes happen. Once the order has been returned to us we will send a new listing for the item to be re-shipped.

What if my item is delayed in shipment?

The delivery time frame provided by Etsy at the time of checkout is only an estimate. USPS does not guarantee delivery time frames, unless Priority Express is purchased. Because of this we do not guarantee delivery dates provided by Etsy. Once USPS considers the item lost, we will provide a replacement.

My item is marked delivered, but I did not receive it.

If your item is marked delivered and you do not receive it, let us know. We will help out by filling a help request with USPS. Responses are usually received in 1 - 3 business days. If USPS confirms the item was delivered to the correct location, then no replacement will be provided.

What if my order has brown or black marks on it?

We use natural baltic birch wood for our products. The wood can have natural occurring mineral streaks/spots in it. We do our best to avoid large markings, but some items will have mineral streaks/spots on them due to the nature of the wood.
