Dispatch & Delivery Times

We work with printing labs all over the world, in order to reduce shipping times, carbon footprint, and eliminate customs fees for most orders. - All UK orders ship from the UK - All EU / Mainland Europe orders ship from The Netherlands - All US Orders ship from the US - All Australian orders ship from Australia - Most other international orders ship from The Netherlands, but if you have any queries please feel free to drop us a message before purchase! Most of our orders have the following estimates for dispatch and delivery: DISPATCH - Usually 1-4 working days from order DELIVERY - Usually 1-5 working days from dispatch

Are your prints framed?

Our prints are all sold unframed - we have looked into it previously but found that it is much more cost-effective for the customer to purchase a frame separately rather than through us as the overheads were massive. We offer our prints in a wide variety of standard sizes, so that you can easily find a ready-made frame to match your decor.

Sizes (Including white border as shown in previews)

A SIZES (popular picture sizes in the UK/EU) A5 (5.8x8.3”) A4 (8.3x11.7”) A3 (11.7x16.5”) INTERNATIONAL SIZES (standard picture sizes in most countries) 13x18cm / 5x7" 20x25cm / 8x10” 28x35.5cm / 11x14” 30x40cm / 12x16” 40x50cm / 16x20” 50x70cm / 20x28” 60x80cm / 24x32”

What size print should I get?

We get this question a lot! It’s very difficult to answer for someone else’s house/space, as it depends on so many factors (is it a gallery wall, a big blank space you’re wanting to fill, etc.?) In our home we tend to go for bigger statement pieces, they just make our hearts happy! Many people love gallery walls and fill them with several smaller prints. Pinterest is a fab source of inspiration for how to choose the right art to fit your space, and how to style a wall.

Can you change the colours?

Generally, we don’t offer customisation on our prints. The colours you see on our prints are a result of (usually) many many iterations where we test out different colour combinations until we find one which feels right for that specific design. We have in the past made some exceptions, so if you have your heart set on something then please ask and we’ll let you know if it is possible or not.

What happens if there is a problem with my order?

The vast majority of orders arrive without a hitch, however we are humans working with a team of other (fabulous) humans, and on occasion there may be an issue along the way. Please know that everyone who handles your order is working hard to ensure that it arrives with you safely and promptly, and rest assured we will always take responsibility for ensuring that any and all issues are addressed and resolved promptly. If there are any issues, please get in touch with us, preferably with photos of the product and packaging, and we’ll sort it out for you right away.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Please note that the return address for Canadian orders is to our USA lab.

I'M IN THE USA, WILL I BE CHARGED TARIFFS?

No, you will not be charged tariffs on orders to the USA. We ship from local labs around the globe, and all our USA orders are printed and shipped from USA-based labs, so there will be no additional charges.
