How can I get my ring size?

I offer reusable and affordable ring sizers for sale in my shop and I can also send you a printable ring sizer as a PDF file for you to use instantly at home! If none of these options work for you, you may message me to find out how to measure an existing ring for me to figure out your size.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

If you ordered the wrong size, don’t worry! We can do an exchange. You can send the ring back to me at your expense and I can resize it or make a new one in the desired size. I charge a $5 resizing fee for simple stacking bands, $10-$20 for other rings depending on complexity and materials, plus whatever it costs to ship your resized ring back to you. I will set up a custom listing once the ring is resized and will send it back to you once you purchase that listing.

What if my ring doesn’t fit?

I measure all of my rings against three high-quality universal sizing mandrels to ensure that they are the correct size. Alas, sometimes mistakes can happen. If your ring doesn’t fit, you can return it to me and I will check to see what size it is and if I made a mistake, I will resize your ring free of charge and send it back to you at my expense. I will also cover your shipping costs to return the ring to me (USPS First Class only). If I find that the ring is the size that you entered at check-out, I can resize it for a resizing fee of $5 and you are responsible for all shipping costs.
