The collars are not adjustable - you should measure your dog's head and neck behind the ears. Maximum circumference should pass over dog's head.
This circumference (just behind the ears) will be the "tight" dimension of the collar.
For example: the circumference of the neck just behind the ears - 28cm (11") - size S3.
Neck circumference just behind the ears: 40cm (15,75") - size L1 and so on.

I'm sending by Polish Post. Standard shipment has a tracking number, but not every country provides tracking for Polish Post in its territory and therefore some shipments are tracked only in Poland.

If you want full tracking and faster delivery time, choose a courier service.

If the parcel does (standard shipment) not arrive within 5.5 weeks - I file a complaint at the post office. The post office has 3 months to reply. If it turns out that the parcel is missing - I will refund the money.
