Chalk it up or tack it up! Either way, this is the best thing for your home or work office! This horse has a special layer of magnetic paint, covered by chalkboard paint! You can doodle on the surface to your heart's content, or, if you aren't the best artist, you can hang your favorite postcards, photos or notes with a magnet to the sides of the horse. Mr. Frutiger can't wait to be placed on your desk.

Please note that not the entire surface is magnetic - just the main parts of the body and part of the neck. The complete surface is, however, covered with chalkboard paint. If you have one of our original chalkboard horses, please note that these are a little different. They do have a slight texture due to the magnetic paint. You can use chalk (3 pieces are included) to leave notes or create a new pattern every day. Or you can use a magnet (make sure it is a super strong one...we have conveniently included one) to attach a note or photo. Clean with a damp cloth and you have a blank slate for tomorrow. These are work horses, but don't burden them down with more than one piece of paper per magnet. The magnets can't handle too much. Here's another tip: be careful when placing the metal magnet on the chalkboard surface because it can scratch. After all, it is just paint!

Each adopted horse comes with three pieces of chalk, a magnet and a "chalk it up" tag. The horse is wrapped in bubble wrap awaiting the arrival in it's new forever home. Mr. Frutiger stands approximately 9 inches high. They will ship with insurance (included in shipping price).

None of our horses have been neglected or abused. They came to be only because their original finishes were too bad to display.
