According to my policy, you can return the item for a refund minus shipping, handling, and restocking fees, which are 30% of your order's total price.

Custom or personalized items can't be returned or exchanged.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for custom or personalized items.

Processing time: usually it takes 10-15 business days.
Free Shipping takes: 5 - 8 b. days
Upgrade to express shipping: will cost 30$, and shipping time is: 2 - 3 b. days.
For more urgent cases, we can offer - an express processing time (3-5 b. days ), it will cost 60$ including express shipping cost.
All the above options are available in the shipping plan when you check out.
The jewelry will be shipped to your Etsy address. Please make sure the address is correct. If you want it to be shipped to another address, send me a message.
NOTE: According to Etsy's policy, buyers are responsible for all charges that are applied in their country when they are ordering from abroad. This includes VAT, customs, import taxes, etc.

All jewelry items are packaged in a beautiful box ready to be given as a gift and shipped in a protective padded box.
A gift message is available, Please let us know what to write by leaving us a note at checkout.

About sizing: It's highly recommended to have your finger measured by a professional jeweler.

Please understand that In the case of needing a resizing I'll be glad to make it for you with no cost, but you will be responsible for back and forth shipping costs.

Responsibility for customs and taxes lies on the buyer, please check these before you purchase.

* To send you your purchase, I will need your phone number. I will use it only for the delivery. Please send me your number if you haven't sent it yet.

* The delivery requires your signature and can not be delivered to a PO box.

We encourage you to store jewelry in their box.
If not reused, recycle our packages and shipping materials as you usually would, separating paper for plastics. Alternatively, you can ship packages back to us and we will recycle them for you, please contact us for the address. The buyer is responsible for any shipping and customs fees.
