What if item didn't arrive in time?

All the products are shipped with a TRACKING NUMBER so there is a really small chance for the package to get lost. If it doesn't show up in a timely maner, I'll contact Latvijas Pasts post office to order parcel searching. Your local post office should give an answer in 1-3 month. If your post will claim the parcel as lost I'll refund you in 14 days after receiving the confirmation. If the post office will reply that item was received before the date when the parcel search was ordered, I'll politely ask you to pay 2 EUR for a parcel searching.

Accessories like necklaces, earrings, rings aren't the part of the listings. Arm/leg/neck warmers, bags are sold separately.
