We do not currently offer returns/exchanges/cancellations as our goods are custom made to your specific order. As a small business each product is made just for you when you place your order. So please consider the size chart and read item descriptions carefully prior to placing your order. However, if your item arrives misprinted/damaged/defective, we will happily replace it for you. Item must be reported within 14 days and be accompanied by photographs of the damage. Once the damaged item has been received, a new replacement will be sent. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the condition in which they arrived. To request a replacement please contact us through "Message Seller". Item must be returned within 14 days of being received.

Notification for EU Consumers

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for: 1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized; 2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons. Therefore Fresh Juicy Tees reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

All orders are shipped via major global carriers. Often the following shipment times can be expected: USA: typically 3-5 business days. Fresh Juicy Tees is not responsible for lost or damaged packages or any other errors made by a third party delivery services (Such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, DTL etc.).
