We ship our handmade items USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground from Los Angeles, CA. Please check individual listings for processing times. Tracking info will be provided as soon as the order ships. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee delivery times. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Many of the items in our shop are one of a kind. We do not offer holds, however, there are always more creations around the bend!

Please check individual listings for return policy. Many of our made to order and customizable items are not returnable. For qualifying items, returns of unused products in original condition are accepted within 7 days. Buyer must return product in original packaging with tracking. Buyer is responsible for original and return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original unused condition.
