Custom and personalized orders

Yes I do custom orders! I love creating custom orders for clients' weddings and special occasions. Customized accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.

The size of our accessories can be fully customized. If you are not sure about the size of any product please send us message.

Our accessories are mostly made from canned flowers, leaves and dried flowers. You should store accessories in a dark/dry place away from direct sunlight. Please keep it in an airy place, do not store it in a closed box. You can put it in an open box... So that the protected flowers can breathe :) It lasts for months/years under proper storage conditions. After months/years the color starts to fade and we believe that is the beauty of dried flowers.

Due to the nature of materials used and the manufacturing process, there may be variations in colors.

How much time do I need between my purchase date and my wedding date?

We generally recommend at least one month between your purchase date and your wedding date. We have a 5-7 business day processing time for all orders. We do our best to accommodate your wedding/event date. We ship orders within Etsy's normal shipping schedule; However, if you need Rush or Late Delivery, please remember to let us know... If your order is urgent, please contact us first.

If tax is not automatically collected during the checkout process, you may be required to pay the fees when you arrive in your destination country. This is the customer's responsibility and may cause delays in the overall delivery time.

If you have any problems with your order please contact me. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within [14 days] after receiving the item for assistance.

Request Cancellation within 12 hours of purchase.
