Design Previews / Proofs

It has been found that providing a design preview or proof for every order causes delays due to customers not seeing the message or expecting one. Therefore as default we do not provide a preview of the design, however you can request and get one if you prefer. Just leave a note in the personalisation box, notes to seller at checkout or contact us after ordering - to tell us you would like a preview before dispatch. We will send this via ETSY messages, so please regularly check your etsy account.

Custom and Personalised Orders

Please double check the details you provide when ordering. Your design will be made using the specific information you have provided and therefore if your details are incorrect, we are unable to change them once the item has been produced. We do not accept cancellations once the item has been produced. We are able to make custom orders to suit your requirements. Please note we do not provide proofs for any of our items by default, but you can request one by leaving a note on the order or contacting us to let us know before its dispatched.

Delivery and Dispatch

Items usually take 1-2 days to dispatch. Our working days are Monday to Friday and do not include UK bank holidays or weekends. Estimated delivery times are; UK 1-2 working days USA and Canada is 5-7 working days Please note delivery estimates are only a predicted delivery window and not a guarantee. Many factors can influence this such as postal strikes, weather, bank holidays, etc. Delivery is out of our control, but any problems do let us know and we will assist you. Free Delivery offered on all our items and most include tracking for added peace of mind.

Returns and Cancellations

We accept cancellations anytime before work has begun on your design. Once work has started, cancellations are no longer possible, however part refunds maybe available depending on the item ordered. Contact us so we can best assist you. Returns are only accepted if the item is received with an error on our part or courier damage. Return costs would be with the buyer and not refundable. Item must be returned in original condition, deductions can be made for any damage or missing items.

If you have any questions please contact us via ETSY messages, we aim to reply within 24 hours on our working days. We do not work on UK bank holidays or weekends so you may incur a slight wait during those periods. If you have not got a reply after 24 hours Monday-Friday, please contact us again in case this did not come through to us.
