All items are carefully packed and mailed in a sturdy box to ensure there is no damage. We usually ship within 1-2 business of purchase (3-5 business days during the holidays) and payment, via USPS, first class.

Please contact me within 3 days of delivery and send me a picture of the damage. Save all boxes and packing material, Post Office may require it. After receiving the picture I will put a claim in with Post Office, due to recent changes, you will probably have to take it to your local post office for inspection. Once Post Office credits me I will either credit or exchange product.
