How do I download my files?

Once your payment is confirmed, you can download your files instantly through Etsy. To download from your Etsy account: 1. Log in on a browser (not the Etsy app) 2. Go to Your Account → Purchases & Reviews 3. Find your order and click Download Files You’ll also receive an email from Etsy with a download link. Note: Digital files can’t be downloaded through the Etsy mobile app, please use a browser if downloading on mobile. If you run into any issues, just send me a message, I’m always happy to help.

Is software required to access or edit my digital download?

It depends on the product you purchase: • Editable Templates (Canva) If you purchase an editable template, you will need a Canva account to edit the design. Your download will include a PDF with a link to access and edit your template in Canva. • E-Books / PDF Guides If your purchase is an e-book or guide, it will be delivered as a PDF file, which you can open on most devices without special software. How will I receive my template(s)?

Your template(s) will be delivered to you through an instantaneous download link. This link will be accessible both within your Etsy account and will also be sent to the email address you have provided to Etsy. Professional printers can achieve higher colour accuracy, cleaner lines, and an overall polished finish that’s difficult to replicate at home. Here are a few trusted printing options to explore: 1. Packhelp.com If you choose to print at home, please note that I’m unable to provide troubleshooting or technical support for home printer settings, as every printer and ink setup works differently. For best results, I suggest checking your printer’s user guide and doing a small test print before printing larger quantities. Choosing a reliable print provider will ensure your final product looks its absolute best.

What license is included with my purchase?

Your purchase comes with a One Business Use License. This means you can edit and use the template for one single brand that you own, and apply it to your products, packaging, and marketing. The license is not transferable and does not include resale, redistribution, or multi-brand use.

What you are not allowed to do with purchased design template(s)? (Prohibited Use)
