* You can request custom changes for colors. If you have a color you’d like to match, let us know and we will do our best to find it for the sign.

* Signs can be used outside in a covered area and are weather resistant.

* All signs come with hardware attached so they are ready to hang if you prefer. We do suggest if used as a leaner that you use the wire to anchor the sign.

* Framed signs are 1.5" thick. No Frame signs are ~ 3/4" thick.

The sign will be made with the customizations you choose. We cannot assume that you want something other than what is chosen on the order. If you have any doubt in choosing color combinations or sizes, please message us and we will be happy to help.

*********Please be aware that stain colors for frames may vary slightly either darker or lighter depending on the pieces of wood used. No two pieces of wood are completely the same and can have different appearance from one piece to another. Stain is not solid like paint. You will usually be able to see the grain in the wood. If you do not want to see the grain and want a more solid look, you can request for the frame to be painted (only available in some colors) instead by either messaging us or adding a note to your order, but we do need to be informed in some way.*********

Send us a message. We are super easy to work with. Please provide all information about how the package arrived (was the outer box damaged? Are there any rips or tears in the cardboard?). If you can take pictures of the damaged packaging that would be helpful. Also, if you could send me pictures of the damaged item as well. That's all you need to do. I will work with you to come to a mutual resolution. I usually resend the item right away.

This also goes for things that you may not think are damage. When our signs are shipped, they are made to not come out of their frames and they have no scrapes or other flaws on the front of the sign (frames may have some imperfections as they are rustic, rough cut lumber).

Our signs are made from wood. Wood shrinks and swells as the humidity around it changes. We have designed our new frames to allow for this shrinkage and swelling without causing any damage to the sign. The signs, at time, may seem like it can move a tiny bit within the frame. This is normal and is just the small amount of extra room added to allow for the natural. processes that the wood goes through. DIMENSIONS ARE INCLUDING FRAMES AND MAY VARY BY UP TO 1/2 INCH LARGER IN EACH DIMENSION.

We ship most signs by USPS Priority Mail. With current labor shortages across the country we have seen some shipping delays at times. This can be different amounts of times depending on which part of the country you live in. Most of our signs do make it to their intended destination on time. We monitor all of our packages as they move towards their destination. If we see any delays that last longer than they normally should we will contact you and also contact our local post office to see if we can get any updated information. Usually, if an item is stalled somewhere, it will start moving again with a day or two.
