It's super cute, but fairly difficult to get in and out of my septum since the latch doesn't have a stopper. It also seems to irritate my piercing quite a bit, which has never been a problem before and I wasn't expecting that with such a high priced piece of jewelry.. But again, it's very cute and photographs well.

So far so great with this ring, it’s exactly what I have hoped for and envisioned for so long. The closure is a little less secure than previous septum rings I have owned, but it makes for taking the ring off as needed extremely easy. I haven’t noticed too much of a problem with weight or pain as other reviews mentioned and find the ring extremely comfortable. I’m a little nervous about the silver tarnishing, as it has already started where the clasp is, but am optimistic it will be easy to shine and clean as needed! Thank you for a beautiful ring like nothing else I’ve seen before and for the care you took in making it

Although for septum, I’ve been after something thick and sterling silver as a nose ring for a long time. I love it! So happy with it. Excellent and incredibly prompt communication. I followed up a couple of times because the shipping from Bali took a long time but she was amazing in her follow up. Highly recommend!
