🖤 PAINTED LETTER UPGRADE:

If you select painted letters from the dropdown menu please leave your preferred letter paint color in the personalization section. Painted orders placed that do no specify a paint color will receive white painted letters, the only exceptions being natural, clearcoat and whitewash stain selections which will receive black painted letters if not specified.

Want to see your sign before it gets put into production? No problem! To add a proof to your order, simply add the digital proof listing below to your cart along with your wooden sign you would like to receive a digital proof of. Please note that this will increase the production time of your order. A full proof is a black & white digital PDF showcasing the exact way it will be cut with any thickening of lines and attachment of letters. Please note that we provide proofs for customers who have placed orders and are unable to provide proofs for those who have not yet purchased.

🖤 DIGITAL FILE OPTION:
Don't need the sign, but would love a digital file of your name in this gorgeous calligraphy script to use in your other wedding decor? No problem! Select the digital file option and leave us a note for the dimensions and file format you would like and we can create your name in any size. Please be specific if you want the full design with "est wedding year" and the "bars" adjacent to it or if you would just like your name. We are happy to substitute wedding years for wedding dates as needed.

If no specific details are given, by default we will send you the size large 28" x 12.5" digital file in PDF format. If you do not include a wedding year or date we will omit those details and only send you the name i.e. The Johnsons. Please note that we will send your digital fileto the email associated with your Etsy account. Formats available include PDF, PNG, JPEG, SVG or AI. Font is not editable in any format. In AI (Adobe Illustrator) format the text will be vectorized and fully scalable.

🖤 FINE PRINT:

Please note that each sign is made to order with natural wood. Both wood grain and wood stain will vary from each individual sign. This is a quality to be treasured for its uniqueness.

Signs are stained on front and sides. Back is left unfinished with optional sawtooth hanger taped to back for install. Many customers opt to instead use gorilla or 3M mounting tape for an easier install, and for this reason we do not attach the sawtooth hanger so that you have the option.

We have several wonderful graphic designers that specifically design all personalized orders that are placed through HeritageSignCo. If you have a specific request (particularly regarding spelling or non-family names), you MUST leave a note on your order at checkout. If you placed your order and forgot to leave a note at checkout, please send us a message ASAP. Please note that personalized orders get made and pushed into production very quickly, so if you let us know post checkout, we cannot guarantee accommodation before the item goes into production.

Most items are shipped UPS ground. Please note that UPS will not ship to PO Boxes, please enter a valid street address at checkout.
