*OUTDOOR USE - PLEASE READ - IMPORTANT*
Coir doormats are NOT all weather proof. Coir doormats do best in a sheltered area such as a covered porch, patio, garage, or entryway. EXPOSING TO THE ELEMENTS LIKE DIRECT RAIN WILL CAUSE DISCOLORATION AND/OR DAMAGE. Damages include, but are not limited to, staining, puffiness, not legible.
*DELIVERY ADDRESS - PLEASE READ - IMPORTANT*
Please confirm your delivery address is correct before checkout. If your package is delivering to an apartment, please confirm your delivery procedures with your apartment complex prior to ordering. Your order will be shipped to the address provided. If you have not received tracking information, you can message Porch DeCoir and update the delivery address. If the tracking information has been sent to you, it is too late to update the delivery address because the postage has already been purchased. Porch DeCoir offers free shipping on every order ONE TIME only. If your package is returned for an incorrect or insufficient address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs a second time. If you decide you no longer want your order, and the item qualifies for a return, you will be refunded minus the original shipping costs. NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY. Please avoid this hassle and check your address.
*LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS - IMPORTANT*
Unfortunately, lost or delayed packages happen on occasion. If your doormat is lost or delayed in transit, please reach out to the carrier, either USPS or UPS, directly. Your package is insured with the carrier. Porch DeCoir will help as much as possible in this matter.

*MAIL THEFT*
Porch DeCoir is not responsible for mail theft once your item is delivered as promised. Your package is insured only while it is in the hands of the mail carrier. Once it's delivered, you are responsible for your package. You will need to notify your local police and file a report if you suspect mail theft.
*DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL*
All orders are packaged with care, however, we understand things happen. Please email us at porchdecoir [!at] gmail.com if your item arrives damaged.
*RUSH SHIPPING*
In most cases I can accommodate rush shipping. Please contact me directly for availability and pricing.
*RETURNS/EXCHANGES*
Porch DeCoir does accept returns on certain items. We can not accept returns on personalized mats or items purchased during a sale. Please contact Porch DeCoir to see if your item qualifies to be returned.
For those items that can be returned, buyers must contact Porch DeCoir within 3 days of delivery to seek a return. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs with insurance. The item must be shipped within 7 days of delivery. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Your refund will be given once the item is received, inspected and meets “in new condition.”
RETURNS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED REGARDLESS OF ANY REASON AFTER 14 DAYS.

*FREE CUSTOMIZATION*
Many designs have an "Add Your Personalization" section please note exactly what you would like on your mat. You will not receive a proof so please check spelling and dates to make sure everything is correct when your order is submitted. If there is not a section to personalize, please send me a message. I am able to make adjustments to a design to meet your needs.
*HUNDREDS OF DESIGNS*
PorchDeCoir has hundreds of designs to choose from to compliment the look of any entryway style and personality. If you don't see what you're looking for, please message me! I am happy to create a custom design just for you.
*GIFT NOTES*
If you wish to have a gift note included with your order we are happy to do that for you. Please check the option "this order is a gift" at checkout, as well as, "add gift message for free". Make sure to include to and from names as this is exactly what will print on your gift note. Your gift note will be printed on white copy paper.
*GIFT WRAP SERVICE*
Porch DeCoir offers gift wrap service for a $5 fee. Your doormat will be carefully packaged in a box, your gift card will be printed beautifully on cardstock and your mat will be tied with ribbon. You can add this service to your order at check out.
