When you think an item is lost

Overseas packages are taking a lot longer at present, I ask you to be patient please. Some items are taking 6 weeks to clear customs. If there is a duty to pay you will be contacted by the customs authority to pay the additional customs due, but this is rare. UK parcels are not deemed to be 'lost' until after 15 working days.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We take great care in making each item here in our studio and so we will wrap and pack it for you carefully too. You do have an option to add extra wrapping and a gift tag for presents at a very minimal cost.

Are the crystals you use real?

Yes! I am really passionate about this, and I will put in the description if they are heat treated in anyway. Opalite is man made, this will also be in the description.

Each of these blends are made from very high quality pure essential oils. Each bottle contains 2ml of oil, around 20 drops. You only need to use one or two drops each time on my jewellery.

The bottles are adorable, they are made from glass with little pipettes. They can be re used.

They make a lovely addition as a gift with my oil diffuser jewellery and accessories.

*PLEASE NOTE - WE CANNOT SEND THIS INTERNATIONALLY FROM THE UK AS THEY SADLY EVAPORATE ON THE PLANE!

The bottles are quite small, but they contain pure, and very expensive oils, a little goes a long way!

Please be careful not to ingest the oils, they also could stain clothes.
