We ask that you PLEASE READ every individual item prior to ordering because the majority of our cake toppers and tags ship WITHOUT tracking within Canada. If in doubt, ask before purchasing. We cannot track your item or give you a tracking number if you purchased an item that doesn't have tracking on it.

There is no cost for rush orders (though upgraded shipping/faster shipping will cost extra) and we can usually put an order into production within a few hours of you getting in touch with us (some items may need to be modified depending on our in stock supply but we'll always work with you to find something you love).

We all love a good deal (even me). However, we kindly ask that you don't ask for discounts/deals. We rarely put our products on sale because I put a lot of time, energy, and hard work into my designs and orders. Like so many small businesses, I've sacrificed weekends, time with loved ones, special events and more to create these products and a memorable shopping experience, and we ask that you respect our prices.

Unfortunately, we can't be responsible for late deliveries. We do our absolute best to make sure we ship your item out quickly. If you've placed an order with us and have chosen to put the party date in the notes to seller, we ALWAYS take into consideration Canada Posts delivery standards before shipping out your item. If you do not tell us your party date in the notes to seller we cannot assume when the birthday is and therefore will not cancel your order.

I am human and if I've made a mistake I will always own up to it and do my best to fix the situation! We reply to emails 7 days a week so never hesitate to get in touch with us!

Unfortunately, we CANNOT guarantee your order even with expedited shipping. We will let you know the estimated delivery date or, if you've contacted us and paid for extra shipping (for example a delivery method that Canada Post states is "guaranteed" on a certain day), we will let you know Canada Post's "guaranteed" delivery date. However, please be aware that we have seen guaranteed deliveries NOT make in time for events and we CANNOT be responsible for this, nor will we ship out another item to you at our expense if it looks like the "guaranteed" item won't make it in time due to mail delays, unforeseen events.
We DO NOT offer refunds if your item is late but we will always do our best to get your item shipped out sooner rather than late

If your item didn't arrive, we'll open an investigation with Canada Post to see what went wrong and if they can locate the shipment.


We ask that you please remain respectful when contacting us regarding late/lost packages. If you need your item for a certain date, please purchase tracking or ask us about tracking.

If your item arrives damage, we ask that you let us know within 24 hours of proof of delivery that there is damage.

If it arrives damaged, you'll need to send us your contact information so we can get in touch with Canada Post. Canada Post will also follow up with you.


We will always do our best to work with you if an item arrives damaged/doesn't arrive. I've been on the other side before and receiving a damaged item/not receiving an item is incredibly stressful.

Your wood will have variations of wood grain throughout as well as small knots that may be visible. We'll do our best to choose the best pieces of wood for your order, but please be aware variations, such as the amount of grain in the wood, knot location etc will vary from piece to piece. These are not flaws but part of the handmade process
