These Premium Icing Sheets™ are extremely versatile for all applications and offer easy-peel backing.
They can be applied to all types of cakes, cookies, cupcakes, chocolates and more.
They have a shelf life of 1 year if stored in a sealed airtight bag and placed in a dry place away from direct light.

Each frosting sheets are made of sugar is a very thin piece of flavorless icing, white in color with a plastic backing sheet to make it possible to handle. These sheets are extremely flexible, stand up in all climates and Refrigeration is not required
Icing Sheets do not contain any allergen ingredient. This product is manufactured in a facility that does not process any known allergenic ingredients and it is gluten, soy and nut free as well as free from any risk of cross contamination.

💟 INSTRUCTIONS

Frosting Sheets requires moisture to adhere. When using a fondant or other dry icings, you must dampen the surface you are applying the sheet to.
With store bought cakes or buttercream you should apply the image when the frosting is freshly applied, if not they can crust or dry and you must dampen the frosting prior to applying the sheet.

All icing images come with instructions. Simply remove the edible icing art from the clear plastic backing and place on top of freshly iced cake or cupcakes. The sheet only has 1 plastic backing. Once this backing is remove, your topper is ready to apply. After 15 to 25 minutes the edible icing art will blend with the frosting to give your cake a professional look. Each topper is shipped in a plastic zip lock bag.

* No refrigeration is necessary!
* Keep your toppers in the bag it arrived in, store at room temperature & out of direct sunlight.

💟 CUSTOMIZE AND PERSONALIZE YOUR IMAGE

I can personalize and customize your image with any character , sport logos, photo, graphic, special celebration & text images you would like.

The image is printed on an edible frosting sheet, so the colors may not appear exactly the same or as vibrant as you would expect from a photo picture, which is smooth and glossy because a frosting sheet has many uneven duvets in it, please take this into consideration when ordering.

💟 VERY IMPORTANT

Request your personalization and / or customization request in the notes section of your payment. If you do not leave it in the notes section, send us an email IMMEDIATELY AFTER the purchase through Etsy, not our email address.

If we do not receive a request for personalization from you, within two hours of placing the order, we will assume that you do not want any and that the decoration of your cake will be sent without mishap.

💟 SHIPPING

Shipping for each additional image is just $1.00, you MUST checkout at the SAME TIME. We package your frosting sheet with special care so that it arrives to you in Perfect Condition and ready for your party!

Please remember that all these shipping times are not guaranteed. We print each order as soon as it is placed and when the seller receives cleared payment. However, we do ask that you please allow 1-2 days for your order to process.

Please remember we can NOT control how long the USPS takes sending your package so PLEASE order in enough time. Thank You** We are not responsible
for transit/delivery times. The transit/delivery time listed under the shipping info tab is an estimate, and NOT a guarantee.
A business day is any day Monday thru Friday. A business day is not Saturday or Sunday or any holidays.

Refunds will not be issued for cake images that do not arrive on time.

All orders will ship within 1-2 days. Please keep in mind I do not have control on delivery. Delivery is done through the post office and it subject to their schedule. Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and NOT guaranteed. I cannot be responsible for post office delays and therefore I cannot refund money due to delayed shipping.

💟 RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Due to the personalization and our calendar, we do not accept cancellations after two hours of placing the order. Please be sure to cancel the order within these 2 hours if you wish to do so.

You can only make RETURNS if we make an ERROR in your order or in case the wrong item is sent. Since these are edible products, they can not be resold and, therefore, CAN NOT BE RETURNED simply because you change your mind or want a customization and CAN NOT inform me.
If the item arrives damaged please contact me as soon as possible with a picture of the item.

Color variations of any product do not qualify for a refund. Note that the color of the image can be printed slightly differently than the screen on your computer. Keep this in mind if the image is a slightly different color than your computer.

The sizes are described in the listings and do not qualify for a refund. If you are not sure of the colors or sizes, please contact us before placing your order, we
will be happy to help you.

We do not provide proof before sending orders, but if requested, we will be happy to send you photos or proofs to ensure customer satisfaction.

Once shipped, USPS provides a tracking number for all of our packages, CandyPaperDesigns is not responsible for lost, damaged or delayed shipments, please contact your local USPS office directly for any inquiries.
