natural look would be like freckles and natural skin, with natural features to make it look like it was her natural face with no makeup.
glam look would be bolder eye makeup, like more smoky or a bright color and a bold eyeliner. The lips could also be a lipstick look instead of the nude lips. The doll would also have less freckling as if she is wearing a high-coverage foundation.
realistic look would be very highly detailed, with freckles and the skin to look like a real face, like lines on the lips and shading. The makeup for this one is different every time, but I usually do brushed up eyebrows and less makeup.
free choice would be anything I think looks good with the mold of the face, so it is different every time.
If you were to buy this, you would send the head of a doll that you already have and I would do a faceup and send it back, it is not an item that I already have that I just send over :)
