Returns and exchanges details

Returns are not accepted. However, if for some genuine reasons that you are not happy with your items. please contact me within 3 days of delivery and it will be considered on a case-by-case merit. If ELCRAFTNART considers your return of items justified, the items must be returned and received by ELCRAFTNART WITHIN 14 DAYS in the SAME CONDITIONS that they were sent with a TRACKED POST (You are required to provide tracking number as soon as you have the item return, please check with your courier before posting). If the items are not received in the said conditions, no refund will be issued. Shipping costs (both delivery and return) are to be absorbed by the customers, only the cost of the agreed return items will be refunded.

You may submit a cancellation request within 12 hours of purchase. However, for urgent order, if the order was made and completed, no refund can be issued.

🧡When our dried flower products are on the way to you, it could lose volume and fluffiness in the box. Gently loosen the flowers with your fingers to revitalize their original volume.

🧡Every bouquet is handmade to order, please order 3 months before your wedding. During the wedding peak seasons, please allow at least 2 months for your products to be made and shipped to you. However, if your wedding is within a tight time frame, feel free to message for special arrangement (extra shipping cost may apply).

🧡All boutonnieres include a pin for attaching to clothing.

The flowers are just as beautiful in person as in her photos. I am so so impressed and happy with how they turned out!! If I remember, I will come back after the wedding to add professional pics, but TRUST ME- these are stunning!!
