Custom and personalized orders

I do accept custom orders! From different stains & paint colors on a sign to different flowers & a bow on a wreath, I can make changes for you! I would love to work with you! Feel free to send me a message and we can start figuring out the details. After that, you will be able to purchase the listing and I will start working on it. I will send you photos of the progress to make sure everything is looking to you liking, so make sure you check your Etsy Conversations often. At the bottom of every listing I list how to care for the item. Please follow the directions so you item will last. Wood Signs - need to be kept indoors or under covered area. They are sealed but water and the elements can effect it greatly. Wreaths - need to kept under a covered area or on a porch with an overhang as the sun can make things fade & the elements can effect it. I'm not responsible for any mistreat of your items.

I accept returns on a case by case basis depending on what is wrong. Please message me within 7 days after you received your order! If I allow you to return your item, you are responsible for return shipping. After I receive the items back (within 14 days of delivery) & it is in the same condition as it was sent, I will issue you a full refund. If something arrives to you damaged, please message me as soon as possible and I will work with you to move forward. If it happens to be an error on my part, I will replace it, free of charge. {Created with a 14 inch grapevine wreath as the base + you can choose between 6 different color combinations, either pink orange purple combo, purple & blue, dark pink & light pink, coral & peach, yellow & peach, or light pink & cream toned tulips , + neutral tan wired ribbon bow, everything will be attached securely!}

{Wreath will measure approximately 17 inches from top to bottom & 17 inches from side to side, and 4.5 inches in depth}
