In most cases, I make slight modifications to the artwork for different sized prints so the artwork looks the same. Sometimes means some slight cropping of your artwork to have it fit into your desired size. If you have any concerns about how your desired aspect ratio will look when you order, please contact me and i will assist.

It depends on where your item is being shipped to and from. We estimate delivery to most places in Australia, United States and Canada for unframed canvases to be within 2 weeks, and please allow up to 4 weeks for stretched and frames canvases.

When an item is shipped you receive tracking and if you follow the couriers tracking website you will receive a more accurate delivery estimate.

Once your items have shipped out you will get an email notification and a tracking number attached to it. This tracking number will be linked to the carrier tracking website and if you click on it, it will allow you to track the status of your order. In some cases, tracking updates could take 24-48 hours to update accurately.
Alternatively, you can always contact the courier directly and quote your tracking number and they will be able to give you more accurate tracking information.

Despite our best efforts safely and securely package your artwork with sturdy cardboard, protective wrapping and bubble wrap, unfortunately and rarely, damage can occur in transit. To offer complete peace of mind in these cases, I arrange a replacement at absolutely no cost. Please note that photos showing the damaged artwork and packaging will be required to claim your replacement.

Please note that due to the made to order nature of my art prints I am unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, rest assured - if your artwork is damaged in transit, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your package so I can inspect and promptly arrange a replacement.
