What do I do if I lost an item in the mail?

Please make sure to put correct address ( with unit number of you have one) . I am trying my best to ship your item according to my shop policies. However I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail, items shown as delivered, or items delivered via wrong delivery address that you provided. Not responsible for delays in shipping by the shipping company. Please upgrade to USPS Priority for a much faster shipping and insurance. I cannot refund on undelivered items. It is the buyer's responsibility to file a claim with the appropriate carrier for all missing or damaged parcels as shown as delivered. We highly recommend that orders are shipped to single unit residential or business address.

Non deliverable parcels and Special return items.

For non deliverable parcels : Orders returned as non deliverable to the customer provided address can be reshipped at an additional expense or refunded for a product cost minus 20% restocking fee. Any issues that might allow returns, shipping fees is responsible by a buyer and buyer have to send an item back to me within 5 business days after buyer received a product with original box, packing and product condition "as sold" . If not, I cannot process refunds and cannot accept special case returns. Refunds will process after receiving the item and inspect it.
