Can I exchange my order?

We would be more than happy to exchange your order. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer- for the original item and the new item. Once the original is received, the new order will be shipped.

Can I cancel my order?

We can't wait for you to get your sign so orders are started immediately after the order is placed. Cancellations are only accepted within ONE HOUR of purchase. Please keep this is mind before placing an order. Check the processing time for each individual listing!

My order was shipped, but I havent received it. Is it lost in tranist?

We are not responsible for delays that are out of our control. Due to the ongoing impacts of Covid19, shipping carriers may be dealing with their own delays. Please remember, delivery dates are just AN ESTIMATE and NOT GUARANTEED. If your order is not received within 3 weeks of initial shipping date, we would be more than happy to send a replacement.

I ordered the wrong frame color. Can I change it?

Please check order details and let us know immediately if any changes are needed. If the order is already shipped, the order must be returned for an exchange. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer- for the original item and the new item.

My order was damaged in transit. Can I receive a replacement?

Absolutely. We ask that you provide a minimum of three photos of the damages, including a photo of the entire sign and the packaging (internal and external), and we will send a replacement ASAP at no additional cost.

The item I ordered was supposed to have a stained wood boarder. The item I received had a boarder with plain wood no stain!!

The frame received was exactly what was selected at checkout: our “natural” wood option. This frame is stained, as shown in the listing photos. We did offer an exchange for a different frame color, but that offer was declined. If there’s ever any confusion about options in the future, we’re always happy to help before an order is placed.
