Custom and personalised orders

Please contact me before ordering, if you want to mix/ swop my characters around, change colours etc. I also make custom mobiles and I'm happy to discuss your ideas. I can only take a limited number of custom orders each month and at my own discretion.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All my items are nicely wrapped ready to be gifted.

My mobiles have a hoop ring at the top which can be used to hang from a crib arm or from the ceiling. I Don't sell crib arms but they can be bought from as little as £6 from ebay and amazon or if you'd like a wooden crib arm like the one I use in my pictures, they can be bought here on etsy. They are a little more expensive but can be purchased up to 90cm tall.

All parcels are tracked and insured. If, in the very unlikely circumstances, your item is lost, a replacement or full refund will be offered. An item is classed as lost/missing after 28-37 days from the shipping date, depending on your location.

Updates on your order

Please contact me if you'd like an update on your order, I always endeavour to answer messages promptly. Otherwise it will be shipped out within my creation time and a confirmation e mail with tracking details will be sent.

My creation time varies, please see item description/shipping for up to date timeframe and only buy if your happy with this!. Each item takes many hours to create and everything from design to creation and then packing and shipping is done by me! 😊

Non Collection of orders.

If your not in when a delivery attempt is made then please rearrange delivery or collect your item, details should be left on the slip from the delivery driver. If you do not collect or rearrange delivery and the item is returned to me you will be responsible for the return postage. Most postal services will hold an item for 2-4 weeks, if it is not collected its will be returned to me on a non priority post so can take a while to get back to me. So please collect your item or rearrange delivery. Thank you 😊
