Custom and personalized orders

Some listings have a personalization box. If you see one, type exactly what you want — a name, a year, a nickname, an inside joke that only makes sense to four people. Those are my favorite orders. Don't see the box on the design you want? Message me before you order. I can often add personalization to an existing design, and if you're picturing something bigger, tell me what it is. I'll either say yes, or tell you honestly that it'd cost more than it's worth to you. Both are useful answers. One thing: check your spelling twice before you hit buy. I print exactly what you type, and once it's in production I can't take it back out.

Every listing has a full size chart in the photos. Real measurements in inches, not vibes. Most shirts are Comfort Colors 1717 — unisex, relaxed, a little boxy on purpose. Not slim fit. If you're buying it as a gift, his usual t-shirt size is right almost every time. If he likes room, or he's between sizes, go up one. It's heavyweight cotton and it wears better with a bit of space. Still not sure? Message me with his usual size and what brand he normally wears, and I'll tell you what I'd pick. I do this a lot. I'd much rather guess with you now than after it's printed.

Shirts — wash cold, inside out, tumble dry low. That's it. The garment-dyed cotton actually gets softer every wash instead of stiffer, which is the whole reason I use it. Slight color variation between shirts is normal for garment dyeing; it's the fabric, not a flaw. Mugs — dishwasher and microwave safe. Hand-washing keeps the print sharp longer, if you're the kind of person who cares about that. No judgment either way. Framed prints — hang them out of direct sunlight and they'll hold their color for years. Wipe the glass, not the print. Candles — trim the wick to about ¼ inch before every burn, and let the first burn go long enough for the wax to melt all the way to the edges. Skip that and it tunnels forever.

Wholesale availability

No formal wholesale program. It's one person here and everything is printed to order, so I can't do pallet quantities, net-30 terms, or blank-label anything. Group orders are a different conversation, and I'm genuinely into those. Family reunion, tournament team, retirement party, a dozen of the same shirt for people who will wear it exactly once and love it — message me with the design, the quantity, and the date you need it by. If I can do it, I'll quote you honestly. If I can't hit your deadline, I'll tell you that instead of taking your money and hoping.

Gift wrapping and packaging

don't offer gift wrapping, and I'd rather tell you that plainly than promise a ribbon that never shows up. Everything here is made to order and ships straight from the print facility, so it arrives in clean, simple packaging — not something I've wrapped by hand at my desk. Honest and a little plain, which I've made peace with. The good news is that the design does the heavy lifting anyway. When someone opens a shirt that's specifically them, nobody has ever once looked at the packaging. If you'd like a note tucked in, message me before you order and I'll do what I can.

Will it arrive in time?

Usually yes — and I take this part personally. Everything here is made to order, so there's production time before anything ships. What I can promise you is that nothing sits around on my end. Every order goes into production the moment it comes in, and I stay on top of it until it's out the door. Nobody's order gets to be the one that slipped through. That said, don't take my word for the date — take Etsy's. Every listing shows an estimated arrival date at checkout, and that's the number worth trusting. Holidays stretch it. December stretches it a lot. And if you have a hard date — a birthday, a retirement dinner, Father's Day — just message me with the date and your zip code before you order. I'll tell you honestly whether it's realist
