If the package is lost in transit

If the parcel is lost, the seller will refund you the money for the goods, but not earlier than 60-90 days after the parcel was sent. USPS has temporarily extended the domestic filing deadline from 60 to 90 days after the date of dispatch. Thus, we will be able to file a claim with the USPS for reimbursement no earlier than 60 days. As soon as we receive the refund, we will refund your money. If you have not received your order, please let us know so that we can file a claim with USPS. _____________________ We cannot provide refunds or replacements for orders marked "delivered" by USPS.
