How do I request a refund?

Every Pinhole Press photo gift is handcrafted. If the quality of your gift is compromised (e.g.; damaged, broken, assembled incorrectly) upon arrival, then we'll work with you to replace or refund it. Pinhole Press is not responsible for meeting demands, or any spelling, grammar, punctuation, or text accuracy mistakes. Please contact our customer service team via Etsy Messages within 15 days of receiving your order to request a reprint or refund.

Will you review my order before it is printed?

We do not review orders unless specifically requested by the customer. If you would like someone from the Pinhole Press team to review your order before it is printed, please call 800-404-9518 or email etsy@pinholepress.com before you place your order.

When will I receive my order?

To estimate when you will receive an order, add your photo product time to your shipping time. Arrival Date = Photo Product Time + Shipping Time Photo Books ship 3-4 business days after you customize your order. All other products ship 2-3 business days after you finish customizing. Can I upgrade shipping after my order is placed?

We can assist you with a shipping upgrade or address change via Etsy messages if the order has not yet shipped. If you are upgrading your shipping options, an additional fee will apply.

Do you offer RUSH services?

At this time, we do not offer a standard RUSH service fee.

Will I receive a proof before my order prints?

Due to order volumes we do not send proofs unless requested by the customer. Pinhole Press does not proofread gifts unless explicitly requested by the customer prior to print. Pinhole Press is not responsible for meeting demands, or any spelling, grammar, punctuation, or text accuracy mistakes. If you would like a proof of your product, please contact us via Etsy messages.
