I have a hard time waiting, and it seemed like such a long time, but it took no longer than they said it would. And when it got here, it was to me somewhat more impressive than I expected and I had to let it just sit for a few days to get used to it. (I don't know why--better leather than I am accustomed to maybe?) Very simple design, very large, and easy to overstuff if I'm not careful. However, I ordered this size because there are times when I really need the extra space. Two weeks so far and I've had frequent compliments--despite it being a very simple, though large, backpack.
