When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!

How are your products made?

We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please message within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

What’s your return policy?

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us through Etsy. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 1 week after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. If you or your customers notice an issue with the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks.

Custom and personalized orders

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable). Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment. Except for Customers residing in Brazil, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. There are no returns on items like facemasks.

Notification for EU consumers:

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for: 1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized; 2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, therefore we reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion. This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

Just a heads up, we don't do returns or exchanges since each item is made to order just for you. So please, pretty please, double-check our size chart before you hit that 'buy' button. The measurements we give are for the actual garment, with a little wiggle room of about +/- 2 inches. But just to be clear, they don't tell you what size body the garment will fit. These shirts are Direct to Garment printed on Black Gildan 64000 Unisex Basic Softstyle T-Shirts. Please pay close attention to the sizing as we cannot accept returns on items that do not fit. There is a size chart included in the listing photos.

A Note About Direct To Garment Printing
xsisterhoodx uses DTG (Direct to Garment) printing. With DTG, a printer directly applies the ink onto a product with inkjet technology. It’s sort of like printing on paper, except on a t-shirt or hoodie (It's pretty cool!). The DTG process uses eco-friendly nontoxic "water-based" inks, which are absorbed by the fibers of the garment. It also enables us to have the products produced at locals shops close to you- Which saves on shipping!

Due to the combination of water based inks along with the fabric density & fabric content of different products, the print opaqueness will vary from product to product. The water based ink is "absorbed" by the fabric. The resulting printed graphic will have a faded/vintage look. We like the look and feel of DTG items, however, we can understand how they might not look/feel like products that you have that have been screen printed. A vintage look and a small amount of graininess is to be expected, and is not considered to be a defect. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out!

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

Please follow the care instructions below. Failure to do so may result in premature aging of your print, and we don't want that!

1. Turn your T-shirt inside out.
2. Fill your washing machine with cold water.
3. Use the correct amount of soap and DO NOT use Bleach.
4. Use the gentle cycle on your washing machine.
5. Air Dry your t-shirt or use the LOW heat setting on your dryer.
