Unfortunately, they do not but you can purchase an ink pad separately from my store.

It ultimately depends on the shipping option you select during checkout but orders are processed within one to two business days.

Do you accept returns / can I get a refund?

Each stamp is made from scratch for each order, so I cannot accept returns or issue refunds. All sales are therefore final. This is also the case if your shipping address was entered incorrectly and/or if your package is returned to us (we'll try everything to get the package back over to you but additional shipping fees may apply). In the event that I make a mistake with your order, I will of course provide a refund or replacement!

What do I do if my order says "delivered" but I haven't received my package?

Please message me immediately so I can look into it for you! The sooner you can contact me the better, I recommend bringing this to my attention within 2-3 days after the official delivery date. After that, due to the long time span, there's unfortunately not much I will be able to do to track down your order.

If I entered the wrong address and/or the package was "Returned to sender", can you resend it back out?

Yes, we'd be happy to, however you may incur a new, additional shipping fee for the second shipment.
