For the longevity and health of your bracelet remove before taking a shower/bath, exercising, and sleeping. Avoid contact with moisture such as water, perfume & other chemicals. Store in a cool dry place. Gently rolling the bracelet on and off of your hand when removing it and putting it on will help to avoid stretching your bracelet out and snapping the elastic.
