TRAVELING WITH MATCHES

Traveling with matches can be a bit tricky. We've summed it up below, but please reach out with any questions. CAN I FLY WITH MATCHES? Short answer — NO. • You can fly with 1 book of safety matches in your carry-on or person. • Matches ARE NOT allowed in checked baggage. • Strike-anywhere matches are prohibited. WHAT WE RECOMMEND DOMESTIC TRAVEL: • Have your matches shipped to someone local (relative, event planner, etc.), or directly to your venue/hotel. • Be sure the receiving party is aware so they are expecting them. INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL: • Although a country is listed to receive matches from the US, please check with us PRIOR to verify. The envelopes are beautiful and match my invitations perfectly. But I had a specific shipping requirement that I reached out to the seller about PRIOR to placing the order. She committed to a specific shipping date and did not ship as promised. I reached out via "message the seller" after several days passed from the promised date and got no response. Finally I sent a formal request for problem resolution and she finally shipped the order. Then it was very slow to arrive (not sure if the shipped date was actually the "notified the shipper" date vs. a shipping date) and as a result my invitations were late getting in the mail. I wish she had not promised a date if she could not meet it. I would have bought envelopes elsewhere had I known. Such a shame because the merchandise was perfect.

The envelopes were perfect for my save the dates! They feel high-quality and thick. We had some issues with shipping, but not on the fault of the seller, and she was super responsive and helpful as we solved the issue! Would definitely recommend and will order again for my invitations.
