We are always open to any of your creative ideas. However, we will need to discuss all the details before we make your design ideas come true!

All of our clothes are machine washable. But, please, make sure you use a delicate cycle and 30 Celcius degree temperature. Also, we don't recommend to dry clothes with a dryer machine.

We work with wholesale orders. Please, contact us for more details and we will be happy to discuss all the options with you.

All orders must be paid through PayPal because we do not work with credit cards for now. You don't need to have a PayPal account to make a payment! Just use the PayPal guest checkout. If you have any troubles with the payment, don't be shy to message us. We can always explain to you how it works and send the invoice manually.

Please, note that any order will get processed only after the full payment is received. Custom orders or any addons to the order can be paid manually through the PayPal invoice that you'll get from us after we discuss details on Etsy.

We will be unable to process a refund if:

1. Post Office was unable to deliver an order on time. We always provide you with the realistic up-to-date waiting times after you place an order. Therefore, we are not responsible for any delays that occur with your package at the post office. Unfortunately, we can't control and affect any of the postal services.

2. Post Office delivered a package to the wrong address. We provide post officers with the information we get from you, so please make sure the address you're submitting is correct.

3. Customs held up your package.

4. The package was lost or stolen after delivery.

Other than that, we are always open to discuss all possible options with you.
