Can I make changes to the design?

Yes, I would be happy to accommodate certain changes to any of my designs. While some graphics and other items cannot be changed, most text, coloring, and wording can be. Please send me a direct message on Etsy or email me at DeliveredDetail@gmail.com to discuss a custom design.

Do I edit the design myself?

No. The great part about ordering with Delivered Detail is I do the work for you! I customize every item to perfectly fit your needs and deliver to you a finished product, ready for printing.

What is your turnaround time?

Your print ready files will be delivered within 1-3 days from the time of purchase. If required information is missing during checkout, this timeframe may be delayed.

Will I receive a proof of my order?

To speed up the overall turnaround time, I deliver your print ready file from the start. Of course, if you would like any changes, I am happy to do so, but if not, you’re ready to print! There are up to 3 revisions included with each listing. Although I am happy to work with you until you are happy with the final result, any additional revisions will require you to repurchase the listing. Please note that colors may appear different on different monitors and printers. Delivered Detail is not held liable for any errors not caught before design is printed and are not liable for any errors that occur during your printing process with your chosen printer/vendor.

What file format will I receive?

I deliver every design in 4 formats; JPEG, JPEG with bleed, PDF, and PDF with printer marks. If you need a different format, please let me know.

Do you offer printing?

No. I give my customers the flexibility of using the print shop of their choosing.

What photos work best for the design?

For highest quality printing, please ensure your photos are 300 dpi resolution. When submitting your photo(s), you agree to having full ownership rights to the image(s) and agree to not hold Delivered Detail liable for any misuse of copyright materials.
