Custom Leather Billfold | Italian Leather Wallet | Handcrafted Wallet | Hand Stitched Billfold

This is a custom leather billfold made from hand-selected, premium quality, Italian leather. It is available as plain, basketweave, and fully tooled floral and leaf designs. This premium leather wallet has 9 pockets and is completed with saddle stitching for the most durable leather wallet available. You pick the color, design, etc. We will work together to get it just right for you. I will send you pictures of the progress along the way so you will know exactly what you will be getting.

Each wallet is crafted entirely by hand from start to finish and represents around 15- 20 hours of meticulous work. I take great pride in personally hand-selecting my leather. This wallet is made from premium leather: 4-5 oz. outside, and 2-3 oz. interior . Next, the artwork is carefully cut and hand-tooled into the leather, producing a raised, three dimensional design before the dyes and finishes are carefully applied to enhance the tooling and preserve your wallet for many years. Lastly, the billfold is assembled by saddle stitching it together by hand. Saddle Stitching is far superior to any machine stitch as it is far stronger and has a nice appearance from both the front and back. The saddle stitching is also recessed slightly to enable to wallet to be used for many years without damage to the stitches from abrasion.

DESIGN: Your Choice! Please select the type of design you will like when ordering and include a message with notes/ pics (if applicable) or I can send you some designs to choose from. I have a number of “stock” floral and leaf designs and I can incorporate names, initials, etc.

Plain: Dyed and finished leather (no tooled area)
Border*: A border is tooled into the border of the exterior before dying.
Basketweave*: Diagonal, Horizontal or Tri-weave - you pick size and border stamp options.
Fully Tooled*: More intricate designs like floral designs, leaf designs, figures, etc. (Pictured)
The leather is a blank canvas and this is my favorite part - we will work together to get the design just right for you!

COLOR: Choose from above or select "Custom" if you would like it to match an article of clothing, footwear, purse, etc. and I will custom-mix the dye for you for no additional charge. Simply send me a picture of what you would like it to match. NOTE: For the most accurate match, please ensure your item is illuminated by white light/ daylight, taken against a white background if possible.
