I am impressed overall by the quality of this item however, communication was not great. response time is very slow. I'm not talking about time difference slow, I'm talking about several days. I asked for dimensions and a picture of the finished product before it was shipped and did not get either. when they finally did send a picture, it was the wrong picture so I was upset. I will say, though, that when I told them this, they offered to let me keep the wrong item for free and also send me the correct one. In the end I did receive the correct item and am happy with it but I waited a couple months for it.
