Personalized pieces are not eligible for refunds or returns. International orders are not eligible for returns. Non-personalized pieces are eligible for return. The buyer is responsible for shipping back the product. If there is a material defect with the piece, we will gladly make you a new one. Your bag is 100% handmade from genuine unprocessed leather and has been tanned using the traditional sun tanning process. No chemicals have been used during the making of this bag. Due to sun tanning and oiling, the leather may have temporary stiffness and a distinctive leather smell which disappears within a few weeks. The bag also softens and darkens within a few weeks (so if the colour of your bag is different from the picture, it is because it is natural leather and no two bags are the same.) This leather is not waterproof, but if it gets wet, it can be dried in the sun and eventually it will regain the same texture. A conditioner may be used occasionally on the bag for shine and softness. I hope this information meets your requirements
