🍼 **Made just for you**
Every item is made to order, whether personalized or not. We do not keep ready-to-ship inventory, and orders are processed in the order received.

🧸 **Please double-check your details**
Before checkout, review your selections, personalization spelling, and complete shipping address—including your first and last name, street address, and apartment number. Please write apartment numbers clearly, such as “Apt 305.” We ship to the address provided on your Etsy order.

🎀 **Changes & cancellations**
Orders move into production promptly, so we cannot accept cancellations or change the address, personalization, color, or style once an order is placed.

🐣 **Timing & delivery**
Please allow approximately 2–4 weeks from purchase for production and delivery. Some orders may take longer. Timeframes are estimates based on business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Transit delays may occur, and expedited shipping is not available.

🍼 **Separate packages**
To help keep shipping free, items in the same order may arrive separately. We’ll share any additional tracking numbers through Etsy messages.

🧸 **Refunds & address accuracy**
We offer refunds for mistakes made by our shop. Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address are not eligible for a refund.

🎀 **Fabric & measurements**
The quilted appearance is a printed design on the fabric, rather than actual stitched quilting. Please check the listing measurements before purchasing, as photos may not show the item’s true size. If measurements are missing, message us before ordering.

Please contact us through Etsy messages for all order questions and custom requests. We aim to respond within 24 hours. We do not handle order communication through personal email or phone calls.
